iCenna Patient Terms Of Use

Terms governing patient use of the iCenna mobile application

Version: 1.0

Last Updated: 2026-08-23

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the iCenna mobile application (the “App”), provided by iCenna Company, a company incorporated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (commercial registration 4030497928; registered address: 8125 Prince Sultan Street, 2086 Ar Rawdah District, Jeddah 23435) (“iCenna”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What the App Is — and Is Not

1.1. The App lets you access health services made available by your healthcare provider, such as viewing your health records, booking appointments, and receiving notifications and results. Your medical records are created and controlled by your healthcare provider; iCenna processes them on your provider’s behalf to operate the App.

1.2. The App does not provide medical advice. Content in the App, including any AI-assisted features, is for information and administrative convenience only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. In a medical emergency, do not use the App — call 997 or go to the nearest emergency department.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. A parent or legal guardian may access a minor’s or dependant’s information through the features provided for that purpose, in accordance with applicable law and the healthcare provider’s procedures.

2.2. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and device secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and notify us promptly at Legal@iCenna.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Your identity may be verified through methods required by your provider or applicable regulations.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the App only for your own lawful, personal healthcare purposes. You may not: access or attempt to access another person’s data without authority; interfere with or disrupt the App or its security; reverse engineer, copy or resell the App; or use it in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

4. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is described in the iCenna Patient Privacy Notice, available at https://iCenna.com/patient-privacy , which forms part of these Terms. Your data is hosted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5. AI Features

Some App features use artificial intelligence developed and operated by iCenna to provide suggestions and convenience (for example, summaries or scheduling assistance). AI outputs are support tools only and may contain errors; they are not a diagnosis or medical advice, and decisions about your care remain with you and your healthcare professionals.

6. Intellectual Property and Licence

iCenna and its licensors own the App and all related intellectual property. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on your device for the purposes described in these Terms. Your health records remain subject to your rights and your provider’s obligations under applicable law.

7. Availability, Updates and Changes

We aim to keep the App available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update the App, and may modify or discontinue features, for security, legal or operational reasons. Continued availability of your health information from your provider is governed by your relationship with that provider.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

8.2. Subject to Section 8.1, iCenna is not liable for: decisions made by you or others based on information in the App; acts or omissions of your healthcare provider; or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, for security reasons, or where required by law or by your healthcare provider. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers and liability) survive termination.

10. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play: these Terms are between you and iCenna only, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC; Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App and are not responsible for addressing any claims relating to it; and Apple and Google (and their subsidiaries) are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the App must also comply with the applicable app store terms of service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in the App, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: Legal@iCenna.com
